Is SAP localized and adapted to local regulatory requirements?

Yes, both SAP Business One and SAP Cloud ERP are compliant with local and international accounting standards, and on top of that we provide ready-made tools for local requirements like VAT reporting, bank integration, exporting and importing e-invoices, Intrastat and more.

Is payroll a standard part of SAP ERP?

No, it is not, and this is very intentional. SAP ERP solutions include Human Resources functionality meaningful for your operations like time tracking, calendars and absences, and you can calculate gross pay in SAP if you prefer. However, payroll tax calculation, vacation remuneration and benefits belong to the HR domain, or simple accounting if you run a basic HR process. SAP offers a separate HR platform with state-of-the-art capabilities with payroll included, but for basic scenarios we integrate SAP with existing payroll systems, and this is a common practice, easy to implement while keeping the costs low.

What are the AI capabilities of SAP?

Both SAP Cloud ERP and SAP Business One are genuinely AI-enabled. SAP Cloud ERP gives you Joule, SAP's flagship multi-purpose AI with state-of-the-art capabilities. SAP Business One includes the standard "Ask AI" feature throughout the system, and partner extensions add AI assistants, agentic flows and more.

How long will our SAP implementation take?

Anywhere between 2 and 18 months, depending heavily on scope and business specifics. We provide an intelligent estimate after the first discovery sessions.

How does SAP play along with other systems that we use?

Integration is one of the strongest areas of SAP platforms. SAP provides open APIs for integration scenarios, and our development team can implement custom integrations or automations.
